Klozzo is designed to work without an account and without collecting personal information that identifies you. Your game progress is stored on your device. We use anonymous analytics to improve the game, and we show ads through Google AdMob to keep Klozzo free. This policy explains what is collected and your choices.
Scores, level progress, settings, daily streaks, and in-game currency (Gems) are saved locally on your device. This data stays on your device and is removed when you uninstall the app.
We collect anonymous gameplay events (for example: a game started, a game ended with a score, a level completed) to understand how the game is played and improve it. These events are tied to a randomly generated identifier that is not linked to your name, email, or any account. We do not collect precise location, contacts, photos, or personal files.
Analytics are processed by PostHog (posthog.com); see PostHog's privacy policy at https://posthog.com/privacy. Analytics data is retained for 12 months and then deleted automatically. To request earlier deletion, contact [email protected].
Klozzo is free and supported by advertising provided by Google AdMob. To serve and measure ads (including limiting how often you see an ad and detecting invalid activity), AdMob and Google's advertising partners may collect and process certain information, including your device's advertising identifier, IP address, general device information, and in-app activity.
Where required by law (the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland), we ask for your consent before showing personalized ads. If you decline, you will still see ads, but they will be non-personalized. You can change your choice at any time in the app under Settings → Privacy choices.

Klozzo does not offer in-app purchases at this time. If this changes, we will update this policy.
Klozzo is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The game has no chat or social features. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
